Terms of sale

1. SUBJECT

These general conditions of sale govern and regulate the exclusive trade relations between BADGEDOC Srl (the BADGEDOC) and its customers, by excluding any other agreement unless agreed in writing. BADGEDOC accept as clients only companies equipped with VAT.

 

2. WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY THE CLIENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY

Customer warrants, assuming inherent responsibility and taking BADGEDOC free from any injurious consequence, that the data supplied at the time of these general conditions are true and allow to identify the true identity of the Customer which is committed also to inform immediately in writing of any changes BADGEDOC of reporting.

 

3. NATURE OF RELATIONSHIP

Since the ratio of traders who act as part of its business of buying and selling products not covered by all the rules to protect consumers, including in particular, D. Lgs. N. 206, 2005 (Code of consumption). The Customer undertakes to fully respect the Legislative Decree of 8 June 2001, n. 231, with related modifications and supplement.

 

4. TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Technical information on products marketed by BADGEDOC are based exclusively on data published by their manufacturers that can be varied according to what will be communicated by the producers themselves without notice.

 

5. PRICES

All prices shown are to be considered "net selling price" to the customer, excluding VAT. Rates and discounts may be changed at any time without notice.

 

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

BADGEDOC is not responsible for the correspondence of the goods to the specifications published in the periodicals, on Internet as well as can not in any way be held responsible (for example) for: malfunctions, interruptions of services, including performance degradation due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, when not directly attributable to this for its willful misconduct or gross negligence

 

7. GUARANTEES

Customer who purchase goods at BADGEDOC, agree with buying it, fully, specifically and exclusively to the manufacturer's warranty that the goods purchased can be independent of the will of BADGEDOC, Customer expressly waives therefore, against BADGEDOC, any more guarantees required by law to be paid by the seller (including the right of recourse to Art. 131 d. lgs. No 206 of 2005 in which the client waives) except willful misconduct or gross negligence.

 

8. SHOPPING ON LINE

The total amount of on-line order can’t be less than € 100.00 (Hundred) includes only what is expressly declared. The receipt of BADGEDOC not binding until the same has expressly agreed with your order confirmation and explicit with the direct shipment of goods. BADGEDOC may accept only part of the order to it notice in writing directly or by providing a partial shipment of the goods, in which case the Customer will remain bound to the contract regarding the supply part actually made, the remainder will be placed in back order and reported to the customer. The customer may request the cancellation of the purchase and BADGEDOC reserves the right to accept or reject the request by communicating only the possible acceptance in writing. Orders can not in any event be canceled if the merchandise has already been sent (on the go) or if BADGEDOC has supplied products to be sent to the customer upon a specific request.

9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

only after receiving the payment shipments will be sent by courier from BADGEDOC enabled and will travel in the cargo port with costs and risks of transport to the customer's full load. Upon delivery to the customer, he must verify the integrity of packages and correspondence with the quantity and quality as specified in the DDT (transport document) of the goods. In case of discrepancy, the same should be reported immediately on the same commodity of DDT under penalty of forfeiture to assert their rights. BADGEDOC is not responsible for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from delayed or non-delivery of the product. The tax documents (invoices deferred, accompanying invoices, transport documents), even if not present in print, on delivery of the goods are made available to the customer upon request or sent to him by e-mail to the address specified by him at the time of registration (or any subsequent change under these conditions) in the time allowed by the provisions of the law in force and applicable.

 

10. COMPLAINTS

Any shipments errors upon delivery must be reported only in writing and within 24 hours from the delivery date, be subject to revocation.

 

11. RETURN OF GOODS

The return of goods BADGEDOC can only be done in case of discrepancies between goods ordered and shipped products to the customer with transportation costs borne by BADGEDOC and in case of objective and proven defective product, with transportation costs borne by those who sends. The return of goods must necessarily be authorized in writing by BADGEDOC assignment by the Customer at their request for an RMA. In the event of a defective product the customer must fill out a form to be sent to RMA BADGEDOC for approval and assignment of RMA number without which the Customer is not entitled to return the goods. Will be accepted only to the return of only defective components

 

12. METHOD OF PAYMENT

Goods purchased on-line will only be paid by:

• Secure Paypal Transactions
• Bank transfer in advance

 

 

13. JURISDICTION

For every single dispute Jurisdiction is to Milan

 

Under Articles. 1341 - 1342 c.c. The applicant claims to have read and accept the specific clauses in the following provisions of the TERMS OF SALE:
